Mental Health Watch is a website designed to inform people about mental health and some of the different kinds of mental illnesses that are common in the world today. The information on this site is here to help you get the life you want. I’m sure each and every one of you has suffered some sort of mental illness or know someone who has. I myself for the past 10 years have suffered from social anxiety and about 5 years ago went to a doctor and got the help i needed. Now i live the life i want and would love to be able to help others that suffer from similar conditions.
People with mental illnesses can experience a distortion in the way they think, feel or behave. In other words, their thinking, feeling and behaviour are all mixed up, or they may not have very much control over these things. This significantly interferes with their relationship, their work, and enjoyment of life.
Having a mental illness or mental health problem can be difficult for the person and very difficult for the family. However, it is not something to be ashamed of.
It is important to understand that having a mental illness is no-one's fault. It is sometimes believed that it is bad blood, or punishment or the evil eye. Today, doctors believe that there are a number of factors which may lead to a mental illness:

Mental health Illnesses are a regular problem within our societies today, however is often misrepresented and written about. I am here to clear up some of the inconsistencies, give some helpful advice and to provide some personal stories about my experiences with mental health conditions.
